Information about the steps of concluding an electronic contract
- The user has 2 options to make a purchase
1) after registration
This is possible after completing the registration form available on the website. The user will receive an email notification about the acceptance of the registration form, which will only become active after clicking the registration link sent. After that, once logged into the account,
purchasing becomes possible
2) purchase with a Facebook account
After adding the selected product to the cart, you can continue or complete the purchase by clicking the “Log in with Facebook” button in the manner
described above - It is also possible to change the quantity of the product placed in the cart and to remove it
- After a successful order, the service provider sends an email confirmation including the name(s) of the ordered product(s), the total amount including courier/shipping costs, as well as the user’s and the service provider’s details
- Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance or by cash on delivery

- In accordance with legal requirements, we inform you that the confirmation email sent by the service provider’s system qualifies as a written contract, and that the contract is not filed/registered by the service provider. - There is an option to correct data entry errors (“misclicks”) on the user’s profile page. It is also possible to correct invoiced products afterwards, which involves canceling/reissuing the invoice; in such cases, the service provider may charge a fee of HUF 500 (gross) in certain cases. To avoid the above, we strongly ask users to provide accurate data.

- The service provider provides information on the webshop website for consumers at the products to facilitate product selection.

- All products on the website are displayed with gross (VAT-included) purchase prices. Delivery costs are charged in addition to the purchase price of the product.
4. About implied warranty, product warranty and guarantee for certain products
Implied warranty (kellékszavatosság)
- You may, at your choice, make the following implied warranty claims:
You may request repair or replacement, unless fulfilling the claim you chose is impossible or would result in disproportionate additional costs for the business compared to fulfilling another claim. If you did not request repair or replacement, or could not request it, you may request a proportionate reduction of the consideration, or you may repair the defect at the expense of the business yourself or have it repaired by someone else, or—ultimately—you may withdraw from the contract. - You may switch from the implied warranty right you chose to another one, but you bear the cost of the switch, unless it was justified or the business gave reason for it.
Within what time limit can you enforce your implied warranty claim?
- You must report the defect immediately after discovering it, but no later than within two months from the discovery of the defect. At the same time, please note that beyond the two-year limitation period from the performance of the contract, you can no longer enforce your implied warranty rights.
Against whom can you enforce your implied warranty claim?
- You may enforce your implied warranty claim against the business.
What other conditions apply to enforcing your implied warranty rights?
- Within six months from performance, there are no other conditions for enforcing your implied warranty claim beyond reporting the defect, if you prove that the product was provided by the service provider. After six months from performance, however, you must prove that the defect you identified already existed at the time of performance.

Product warranty (termékszavatosság)
What rights are you entitled to based on a product warranty claim?
- As a product warranty claim, you may exclusively request repair or replacement of the defective product.
When is a product considered defective?
- The product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force at the time it was placed on the market, or if it does not have the properties stated in the description provided by the manufacturer.
Within what time limit can you enforce your product warranty claim?
- You may enforce your product warranty claim within two years from the date the product was placed on the market by the manufacturer. After this period, you lose this right.
Against whom and under what other conditions can you enforce your product warranty claim?
- You may enforce your product warranty claim exclusively against the manufacturer or distributor of the movable item. In the case of enforcing a product warranty claim, you must prove the product’s defect.
In what cases is the manufacturer (distributor) exempt from product warranty liability?
- The manufacturer (distributor) is exempt from product warranty liability only if it can prove that:
- it did not manufacture or place the product on the market in the course of its business activity, or
- the defect could not have been recognized at the time of placing on the market given the state of science and technology, or
- the defect of the product results from the application of legislation or mandatory official requirements.
For exemption, it is sufficient for the manufacturer (distributor) to prove one reason.
You cannot enforce implied warranty and product warranty claims for the same defect at the same time, in parallel. However, if you successfully enforce your product warranty claim, you may enforce your implied warranty claim regarding the replaced product or repaired part against the manufacturer.

6. Preliminary information on the right of withdrawal
Feel free to order our products; if you would like to exchange because you don’t like it or the size is not right, we will exchange it free of courier costs the first time!
If a purchase voucher issued by Focivilág Pécs Kft is redeemed in the webshop and the customer withdraws from the purchase, a purchase voucher will be returned up to the value of the redeemed voucher. Therefore, voucher-based purchases cannot be converted into cash in such cases!
If unused, you may return it within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price of the product! All you need to do is complete the Withdrawal statement template. According to Section 22, the refund deadline is a maximum of 14 days from the date the product is returned!
Exceptions apply if:
1) the product has been used
2) the product is damaged
3) for textile products, subsequent lettering/numbering/logo application at the customer’s request
4) for shoes and balls, subsequent lettering/numbering/logo application at the customer’s request
and any other circumstance not listed above that led to deterioration in quality due to improper use of the product.
5) In case of ordering a custom product. Any product is considered custom that is made and sold in a unique size and/or according to unique requirements, including in particular goal nets, football goals, ball-stop nets
6) Product/order paid with an SZÉP card
In these cases, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer!
The withdrawal period starts upon receipt of the product, but the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal between the conclusion of the contract and receipt of the product as well.
Withdrawal regarding received products is possible after completing the Withdrawal statement template downloadable from the website and sending it by email or returning it together with the product. Of course, this is not required to justify the withdrawal, but it is important to ensure the refunded amount reaches the correct destination.
In the event of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days from communicating the withdrawal.
