Physically printed documents containing personal data are destroyed after they are no longer needed. It is the personal responsibility of the employees of each segment to exercise this cancellation right and responsibility. The relevant instructions are governed by document number fnyf/asz/3.
Electronically stored personal data is deleted from the IT system based on the user's request.
After receiving the deletion request, the personal data of the affected user is handled in the following way:
