Exchange policy

Did you choose the wrong size? No problem! The first exchange is free!

The exchange order process is very simple, just follow the steps below.

IMPORTANT!
We can only accept the products you want to return in their original condition, clean, unused, with the original packaging and tags.

The free exchange takes place only after sending a photo of the product in advance. Pictures requested for shoes: upper part, sole, insole.
Please send the pictures to the following e-mail address: webinfo@focivilag.hu. After sending the picture, you can immediately place the exchange order.

Choose the new product/size you would like to replace the previously ordered product with, then before finalizing the order enter the word "EXCHANGE" in the comment field, and select the "Cash on Delivery" option when paying. We are unable to send exchange orders to parcel machines and parcel points, so please choose either home delivery or personal collection! If you choose a more expensive product, you only have to pay the difference upon receipt.

When the replacement product arrives at your place, please hand over the previously ordered, undamaged product with its box, properly packed, to the courier. Also, we ask that you only stick the packaging around the shoes not the shoebox! In the event of a price difference, you can pay the bill when you receive the package, and if you requested a cheaper product, we can offer you an equivalent voucher.

We cannot exchange products in the following cases:

• You have already used the product
• Damage to the product results from improper use
• For textile products, subsequent labeling, numbering, and logos were done at the customer's request
• Shoes and balls were subsequently labeled, numbered, and logoed at the customer's request
• As well as any circumstances not mentioned above that led to a deterioration in quality resulting from improper use of the product
