Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of the Program

The Absolute Teamsport Focivilág Loyalty Program (“Program”) aims to reward our loyal customers with points and discounts for their online and offline purchases, while also providing exclusive offers and gifts.

2. Conditions for Participation

• Participation in the Program is free of charge.
• Only natural persons aged 18 or over with full legal capacity may participate in the Program.
• Registration for the Program takes place on the https://focivilag.hu/torzsvasarlo website.
• During registration, participants are required to provide accurate and truthful information. Providing incorrect, incomplete, or false data may result in exclusion from the Program.

3. Structure of the Program

The Program consists of two main elements:

• Points System – points are credited for purchases, referrals, and product reviews.
• Tier System – customers can reach higher tiers based on the number of their purchases, unlocking additional benefits.

4. Rules for Earning Points

• 1 point is credited for every HUF 400 spent.
• Points are credited after the purchase has been finalized.
• Points are not credited if the customer withdraws from the purchase or returns the product. Points already credited cannot be redeemed in case of withdrawal; the customer’s current points balance will be reduced in proportion to the purchase value.
• !! For cash-on-delivery purchases, points are credited within 5 days of the purchase. !!

5. Redeeming Points

• Up to 50% of the total purchase value can be covered with points.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Validity of Points

Credited points are valid for 6 months. Expired and unused points are automatically deleted.

8. Referral System (currently unavailable)

• Participants receive a unique referral link.
• Conditions for crediting referral points:
  • the referred person registers through the link,
  • and completes their first purchase.
• Referral reward: 200 points per successful referral.

9. Other Provisions

• Points and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Any abuse or fraudulent behavior during participation in the Program is prohibited. Absolute Teamsport Focivilág reserves the right to immediately exclude participants from the Program in such cases.
• Absolute Teamsport Focivilág reserves the right to modify the Program rules or terminate the Program. Participants will be notified in advance of any changes.
• Any disputes related to the Program shall be governed by Hungarian law.
• Within the framework of the Program, Absolute Teamsport Focivilág is entitled to provide participants with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet digital cards. These cards can be stored in the participant’s digital wallet (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet) and used in Absolute Teamsport Focivilág’s offline stores to validate points, discounts, and entitlements, as well as to provide information about point balances.

10. Data Processing

The data required for participation in the Program is used exclusively for operating the Loyalty Program and personalizing purchases. During registration, we collect the following data:

• Name
• Email address
• Shoe size
• Favorite brand
• Average clothing size
• Gender
• Date of birth (only the month and day are stored; the year is used solely to verify that the participant is at least 18 years old)

Absolute Teamsport Focivilág treats this data confidentially, does not transfer it to third parties, and uses it only to the extent necessary for participation in the Program.
