Focivilág is one of Hungary’s most established sports equipment retailers. Since the company was founded in 1996 and its first store (Fürge Nyuszi Sportbarlang) opened, it has been serving sports enthusiasts for over 25 years.

Although it originally started as a general sports retailer, the company soon specialized in football. From the late 1990s onward, it became known as Hungary’s very first football specialty store, building a reputation that spans more than two decades. After the turn of the millennium, in line with market trends at the time, Focivilág focused primarily on in-store sales. At its peak, customers could choose from football equipment in six stores across the country.

Innovation and the ability to adapt have always been important to Focivilág. As early as the first half of the 2000s, the company recognized that the future of retail lay in the online space. As a result, it was among the first in Hungary within its market segment to launch an online store, which now professionally serves tens of thousands of customers each year through focivilag.hu.

The company’s store in Pécs offers a unique experience in Hungary, showcasing everything essential for football lovers across nearly 500 square meters. In addition, a dedicated division of Focivilág works with professional, semi-professional, and amateur clubs, providing not only sports equipment but also support with branding, including lettering and even full visual identity design, thanks to the company’s in-house workshop.

Among the world’s leading sports brands, the full product ranges of Nike and Adidas are available at Focivilág, alongside Puma. Football enthusiasts can also choose from two prestigious Italian brands with strong traditions: Macron and Givova. Thanks to the long-standing and excellent business relationship with Macron, Focivilág can deliver products from the Italian brand—now celebrating its 50th anniversary—with exceptional speed to its customers.

Celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, Focivilág has always placed football first and intends to continue on the same path for the next 25 years.
